NFP IT Survey 2017 - Introduction

Thank you for helping us gain a better understanding of technology use in the community sector in Australia and New Zealand.

By completing this 12 minute (yes, much shorter than last year!) survey you will help us to understand how non-profits use information technology,

Before you start, make sure you have a good understanding of IT in your organisation, and have the following information on-hand from last financial year:

  • operating expenses (of your organisation)
  • total number of employees (both headcount & Full Time Equivalent), as well as number of IT staff  
  • number of personal computers by type (e.g. workstation, laptop, tablet); and number of (physical/virtual) servers
  • IT spend, broken down into PCs, infrastructure, external support, staff salaries, training, website, core applications and data network links.
